IN-PERSON GROUP TRAINING

WHEN: Monday & Wednesday @5:15am, 6am & 9:30am
COST: $10 Drop-in (cash or venmo)
WHAT TO EXPECT: Interval training with a mix of strength & cardio focusing on functional movements for a full body burn that will get your heart pumping, burn calories, improve your strength & endurance & increase your energy levels throughout the day. Session will be 45-minutes in length including both a pre & post-workout stretching routine. All sessions will be indoors on artificial turf. A variety of equipment will be used such as dumbbells, resistance bands, glute bands, slam balls, plyo boxes, etc.
