COST: $10 Drop-in (cash or venmo)
WHAT TO EXPECT: All sessions will combine strength and conditioning exercises focusing on functional movements for a full body burn that will get your heart pumping, burn calories, improve your strength & endurance & increase your energy levels throughout the day. Session will be 30-minutes in length PLUS a pre & post-workout stretching routine. All sessions will be indoors on artificial turf. A variety of equipment may be used such as dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, slam balls, plyo boxes, battle ropes, etc.
