STRONGER - 4-Week Youth Girls Outdoor Program
Location: My home in Powell, OH (address provided after registration)
Schedule: 4-week Session (2 sessions available)
- Session 1 - June 2nd - June 25th, Every Monday & Wednesday, 3-4pm
- Session 2 - July 14th-August 6th, Every Monday & Wednesday, 3-4pm
*Option to choose one session or both at checkout
Age: 5th - 8th grade girls
Cost: $15 per session / $30 per week / $120 per 4-week session
I am launching a NEW in-person outdoor training program this summer for girls only. They don't have to be athletes, this is for anyone! The focus will be on strength + conditioning + mobility + agility + confidence. This is not intended to be an intense program to develop athletes at an elite level. The goal is simple. Work hard, get stronger, HAVE FUN, connect with others and gain confidence.

Indoor Group Training - Locker Soccer
Location: Locker Soccer, 330 W. Case St., Powell, OH
Schedule: M/W/F 5:30-6:15am
Cost: $10 drop-in only, no registration requiredMy metabolic training sessions combine strength and conditioning and are designed to deliver results. These high-intensity 30-minute workouts help you burn fat, build lean muscle, boost your metabolism and improve your fitnesss level. I train you like the athlete you are, making each workout effective, efficient, and fun. A variety of equipment may be used such as dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, slam balls, plyo boxes, battle ropes and more.

Cost: $10 drop-in only, no registration requiredTraining will focus on functional and unconventional training outside including exercises that utilize natural elements like stairs, hills, rocks and trees. Training will also incorporate bodyweight movements while using non-traditional equipment like sandbags, tires, logs, battle ropes, monkey bars, etc. to challenge your body in a variety of ways, promoting practical movement patterns and overall fitness.
