A fitness assessment guide to evaluate your physical fitness and overall health
A printable habit tracker to track your desired healthy habits
Three (3) full body 30-45 minute functional strength workouts per week focusing on fundamental human movements using the principle of progressive overload by increasing the intensity, duration or difficulty of the workouts overtime to grow muscle & strength
Building a functional core training guide
Building aerobic energy guide
Mobility videos to begin implementing into your weekly workout routine.
Weekly habits for optimum health

High Protein Meal Guide (this is not a meal plan)

One (1) 20-minute 1-on-1 goal-setting video call w/ customized plan

Equipment Needed: A variety of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, bench, pull up bar, resistance bands
*Kettlebells and barbells can be used in place of dumbbells for certain exercises if preferred.
